Behaviour Sepcialist Teacher

Teaching Personnel are curently working with a Trust which is a group of inspirational and aspirational mainstream and specialist schools in Hull whose main objective is to ensure that all pupils make exceptional progress through the development of outstanding teachers.

We are seeking to appoint an exceptional Primary Teacher to join our supportive team at one of our Specialist sites managing behaviour.

Working in close partnership with the Assistant Head of School and support staff you will be based within our impressive Centre which houses our two specialist education academies for Primary aged pupils.

You will plan and develop the curriculum effectively, providing clear vision and positive leadership to pupils. You will ensure the highest possible outcomes for all, whilst supporting and developing relationships with both students, parents and the local community.

You must be able to demonstrate:

• Qualified Teacher Status, combined with a degree (or equivalent);
• Minimum of two years' teaching experience in a primary school
• Experience of successfully planning and developing primary urriculum
• Experience of providing pastoral support to students
• Effectiv behaviour management (Team Teach Training Desirable)
