Behaviour Mentor required

Teaching Personnel are in search of behaviour mentors to work across a number of different schools in the Sheffield area of South Yorkshire.

We work closely with a number of schools who require additional support in EYFS - KS2 predominantly on a one-to-one basis.

The role would consist of both day to day cover allowing you to manage and maintain your own diary as well as the opportunity for potential long term/permanent positions.

The ideal behaviour mentor would:

• Have past experience working in schools or have relevant experience working with children of a primary school age
• Past experience working with challenging behaviour
• The ability to engage and build strong relationships with students and staff
• Have good availability and accesses to own mode of transport or good public transport links
• Additional training such as Team Teach, Moving and Handling, BSL and Makaton is desirable but not essential
