Are you passionate about working with children and young people with social, emotional, and special educational needs?
We are currently collaborating with a well-established secondary school situated in the heart of Sheffield, South Yorkshire.
The school is seeking a compassionate Behaviour Mentor who can inspire and support students on a 1-2-1 and small group basis.
We are looking for a Behaviour Mentor who:
- Is passionate, enthusiastic, and reflective about teaching and learning
- Has the ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their best outcomes
- Is caring, empathetic, and sensitive to students' needs
- Is committed to continuously raising standards, self-evaluation, and school improvement
- Is a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
This is an ideal opportunity for graduates or those with a background in youth work. You will have the chance to work with a diverse range of students and support with SEN/SEMH/Behavioural issues.
Start Date: After Easter
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
Pay: £77 - £85 a day, paid weekly
Contract: Possible temporary - permanent contract for the right candidate

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
