Behaviour Mentor - Enfield

An outstanding Primary special needs school in Enfield are currently seeking a behaviour mentor.

  • Daily rate through PAYE £60-£75
  • Secure a permanent contract through partnership agreements set with schools
  • CPD training - Safeguarding, Team Teach, Autism Awareness

You will be providing additional support for students with challenging behaviour and implementing strategies to support with their needs. The school have recently renovated facilities to include a state of the art sensory room to help manage pupils with challenge behaviour.

Each student attending the school has a tailored education health care plan that is tailored to their needs and is reviewed on a regular basis. Behaviour mentors at the school are given two pupils to support in either 1:1 intervention or group work.

The school has been purpose-built and offers superb facilities and resources

staff and governors strive to provide our children with a friendly, happy and secure experience at school.

We are looking for an individual who is:

  • Confident in managing challenging behaviour
  • Follow a tailored education health care plan
  • Provide positive behaviour support
  • Use their own initiative
  • Supported with SEN
  • Has a Child Workforce DBS on the update service
