Job Title: Before and After School Club Bank Staff Worker

Working Hours: Term Time Only, Before and/or After School

About the Role:
We are seeking a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic individual to join the team of our partner school as a Bank Staff Worker for their Before and After School Club.
This is a flexible, term-time-only position, ideal for someone who enjoys working with children in a nurturing and supportive environment. While initially offered on a bank staff/supply agency basis, there is potential for this to develop into a permanent role for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will support children aged 4–11 in a range of engaging activities before and after the school day, helping to create a safe, fun, and stimulating environment.
We are looking for someone who:

Has experience working with children, ideally in a classroom, after-school club, or holiday club setting
-
Is enthusiastic, approachable, and a strong team player
-
Understands the importance of safeguarding and child welfare
-
Can build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
-
Is flexible and dependable, with good communication skills
Main Responsibilities:

Supervising and engaging children in play and structured activities
-
Supporting the setup and tidy-up of club sessions
-
Ensuring a safe and inclusive environment at all times
-
Working collaboratively with the existing club team and wider school staff
-

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
