Teaching Personnel are looking for inspiring and outstanding SEN Teaching Assistants, to work within a Primary Special Needs provision in the Basingstoke area.
For many children with special needs, school can be a scary and terrifying place, so I am looking to recruit as many passionate, resilient and caring teaching assistants who want to make a difference to young people's education and give them a safe and happy place to learn in.
The ideal candidate should:
- Have previous experience working or volunteering with young people.
- Have an excellent understanding of Special Needs in the classroom and school.
- Be resilient and passionate, with the ability to quickly establish trust and relationships with young pupils.
Being a special needs teaching assistant is a very rewarding role, however it can be challenging at times, Teaching Personnel will offer you:
- Competitive rates of £57-£65
- 5 specialist consultants - who have 17 years experience working with SEN and Challenging Behaviour schools
- Placements at a variety of specialist SEN provisions, SEN in Primary and SEN in Secondary schools
If you feel that you could make a difference to young pupils, please apply ASAP.
