Autism Teaching Assistant

Working Hours: 8.30am – 3pm
Age Range: 7 to 16 years
Position Type: Full-time (with some Part-time opportunities available)
Start Date: September 2025
About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Autism Teaching Assistants to join a specialist school in Devizes from September 2025.
This role offers the chance to make a real impact on the lives of young learners with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), behavioural barriers, and additional special educational needs (SEN).

Support students on a 1:1 or small group basis

Help implement individual learning and behaviour plans

Encourage social development and emotional wellbeing

Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists and parents

Foster a safe, structured and engaging learning environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
