Autism Support Practitioner

Location: Bristol (South - BS13)
Pay: £92 - £105 per day
Hours: Full-Time (Monday - Friday), Term Time Only

We are working with a highly respected specialist education provider seeking dedicated and compassionate Autism Support Practitioner to join their growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to support children and young people with additional learning needs in a nurturing, structured, and highly supportive educational environment. The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

  • Support students with autism and other additional learning needs throughout the school day.
  • Build positive and meaningful relationships that encourage confidence, independence, and engagement.
  • Assist with learning activities both in and outside the classroom.
  • Help students develop social, emotional, and communication skills.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and wider support staff.
  • Promote a calm, structured, and positive learning environment.

About You

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
