Chemistry Teacher – Full Time – Permanent
Location: Raunds, Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, NN9
Salary: £31,650 – £49,084 (MPS/UPS)
Start Date: September 2025
Are you a passionate Chemistry teacher who believes in disruption-free classrooms and a sharp focus on Planning, Teaching, and Assessing? A secondary school in Raunds is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Teacher of Science, specialising in Chemistry, to join a forward-thinking department in September 2025.
You’ll be joining a well-resourced Science team that delivers Combined and Separate Sciences at Key Stage 4, and Biology, Chemistry, and Physics at Key Stage 5. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape a curriculum that challenges, engages, and supports all learners, backed by strong student behaviour and a supportive SLT.
Requirements:
- Degree in Maths education or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of current science curriculum
- Ability to inspire students and a passion for science
