Location: Cardiff (Bay area)

Start date: ASAP – until the end of the academic year (16^th July 2021), full-time

Pay: GBP66.30 per day

Year group: 4

A partner primary school of Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a full-time ALN Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a pupil with Additional Learning Needs (ASD) in year 4. The pupil often displays challenging behaviour and is non-verbal, consequently previous experience with these needs are preferrable. The school are seeking a candidate with the following:

• A qualification relating to childcare
• Previous experience working with Autism / Challenging Behaviour
• A flexible, resilient, positive and proactive attitude

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
