Job Title: Student Services Support and Admissions Officer

Job Type: Full Time, Long Term, Term-to-Perm
Salary: £25,971.21 - £27,500.49 per year
Are you an organised, approachable professional with a passion for supporting students and running smooth school operations? We are looking for a dedicated Student Services Support and Admissions Officer to join in Bexley. This is a key role at the heart of the school’s admin and student services, offering a chance to make a real impact every day.
What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as the main point of contact for all student services enquiries
- Triage and provide first aid to students, log incidents, contact parents, and supervise pupils until collected
- Lead and manage the admissions process, from application through to enrolment
- Coordinate Free School Meal (FSM) applications via L2ICT and keep accurate records
- Manage off-rolling processes, ensuring student files are maintained in line with legal guidance
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of student services

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
