Flexible supply teacher Roles – Ideal for University Students! (Work via Teaching Personnel)

Are you a university student looking to earn money while gaining valuable experience in education? Teaching Personnel is offering exciting opportunities for students to work as Cover Supervisors or Supply Staff in secondary schools — on a fully flexible, part-time basis that fits around your studies.

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll step into classrooms when teachers are absent and ensure students remain on task with pre-set work. You don’t need to plan lessons or mark work — your role is to manage the classroom, maintain behaviour, and support student learning. It’s a fantastic way to build confidence, develop transferable skills, and gain insight into school life — ideal if you’re considering a career in teaching or education.

Requirements:

Some experience coaching, mentoring young adults, students is required.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
