Learning Support Assistant with SEN experience

  • Pay rates between £48-£60 per day

Do you have strong behaviour management skills, and looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for supporting pupils who cannot engage in full class lessons? Our partner school in Christchurch are looking to appoint a Behaviour and Learning Support Assistant to work within their Seclusion Unit.

The role will incorporate working with pupils who have been removed from mainstream, due to behaviour issues. You will implement set schemes of work, and report the students’ progress to curriculum leaders.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
