ABA Tutor

We are looking for a creative, fun committed person who enjoys working with young children. We require and experienced tutor with previous ABA experience or teaching experience in an SEN Field. The position is supporting the children 1:1 in a classroom environment using principles based on Applied Behaviour Analysis as well as alongside teaching national curriculum. You will also be supporting children in ways to access there curriculum academics; language, social, play skills, behaviour management, independent living skills and sensory needs.

The teacher will:

• Ideally QTS (qualified teacher status) but not necessary
• Prepare tutoring sessions to meet the students individual needs
• Provide regular feedback to senior leadership team, care team, caregivers and students
• Ensure the learning materials used are up to date and relevant to the subject area
• Act in a professional manor at all times
• Report directly to the agency on a regular basis about any changes to the tuition
• Strive to ensure that the individual reaches their full potential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
