A Level Maths Teacher

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Maths Teacher to join the team ASAP. Our partner school follow the national curriculum in Key Stages 2 and 3, with high functioning, gifted and talented SEN students going on to study Functional Skills, GCSE and AS/A level Key Stages 4 and 5. We recognise the importance of numeracy skills in the lives of our students so we are looking for a passionate and dedicated professional who is able to inspire students of all abilities, ideally someone who has an enthusiasm to deliver creative and innovative Maths lessons and is also excited about growing and developing the specialist provision. The school encourage all teachers to be reflective practitioners, who can evaluate their own practice and work towards becoming an outstanding teacher of children and young people with autism. We are especially interested in hearing from candidates with several years’ experience who are looking to develop their management skills as a Maths Department Lead Teacher in the near future.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
