Teaching Personnel are working with a client who cover the whole of the Midlands, including the following areas:

  • Derbyshire - Chesterfield /Bakewell/Buxton
  • Staffordshire - Burton on Trent/Leek
  • Tamworth
  • Loughborough/Leicestershire
  • Nottingham
  • Crewe/Nantwich

We are looking to collate a pool of fully qualified teachers who can support this client to manage their increasing demand of referrals. The role involves working on a 1:1 basis with students who can be extremely disaffected and may present with other types of SEN including anxiety, complex medical needs and Autism. The role involves full planning and delivery of resources including Schemes of Work and individual Lesson Plans. The role also involves managing communication, behaviour difficulties and working closely with other professional and parents/carers.

For this role, the below points are ESSENTIAL so please consider these before you apply:

  • Must hold Qualified Teacher Status
  • Must have a car and full driving licence - the role will include essential travelling across the regions mentioned above and travel expenses are not included so a willingness to travel is fundamental
  • Teachers must be willing and able to plan cross-curricular subjects including Maths, English and Science (depending on the student level we will utilise Subject Specialists where required)
  • Must be a team player and have a willingness to go the extra mile, working flexibly with the ever changing demands of the students and the client
  • Be willing to undertake sessional work and understand that the client will not always offer full time - tutors must be flexible
