Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 tutoring sessions in core subjects (English, Maths, and Science) to students of varying abilities.

• Develop and deliver personalised lesson plans that cater to individual learning needs.

• Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback.

• Create a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters student engagement and confidence.

• Help students prepare for exams and assessments, offering tailored strategies for success.

• Adjust teaching methods to ensure the best possible learning outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications:

• A degree in a relevant subject area (e.g., English, Maths, Science).

• Experience in tutoring or teaching core subjects.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible way.

• Passionate about supporting students and helping them achieve their potential.

• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to plan and deliver lessons effectively.

• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
