1:1 Autism support needed!

Teaching personnel are currently working with a primary school looking to do great things in the next academic year, situated in Manchester, M14. This Manchester school has recently appointed a new Head teacher who is looking to succeed in many areas of the school, one being the recruitment of a learning support assistant to work with a child that has Autism on a 1:1 basis, in order to help the child with their social and communication needs.

The role would require you to support the Autistic student and also to inspire the student to succeed. If you have previous experience working with Autism, in or out of school settings, this role could be a great opportunity for you. The role is looking to start after Easter for the rest of the academic year with the possibility to go on to a school contract.

The Manchester based primary school is a relatively small and personal primary, it is looking to boost many aspects of the school in order to benefit their students. The pupil you will be working closely with is a lovely child that just needs the support of someone in order to help them develop socially and academically.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
