Youth Worker Teaching Assistants Wandsworth and Richmond
Teaching Personnel are seeking Youth Workers and teaching assistants for our SEN Schools across South West London, working with 4 – 16 years old in a 1:1 or group capacity.

Location: Richmond and Wandsworth – Multiple Roles
Role: Youth Worker Teaching Assistant
Duration: Starting January 2021 till July 2021 at a minimum
Pay rate: GBP65 - GBP85 per day (paid on a weekly basis – negotiable dependant on experience and references)
- Experience with supporting students on a 1:1 basis as well as small groups.
- Full time positions available
- Experience within SEN, particularly social and emotional mental health, ADHD and/or autism
Teaching Personnel are working with a number of Academies and Trusts that are on the lookout for Youth Workers and teaching assistants who are keen to work in special schools in South West London to join them on a full-time basis. The successful applicant with be assisting in classroom duties to support students on a 1:1 and small group basis.
You will have the following:
- Minimum 6 months experience working in relevant setting
- A valid child DBS Certificate on the online update service (we can assist with your application)
- Confidence and/or experience supporting children or young adults 1:1 with social and emotional mental health, ADHD and/or autism

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
