This school has 7 sites, each catering for different needs:

  • Primary - ACS, SEMH, SLD, SLCN
  • Secondary KS3 -KS5- complex needs, SLD,
  • Secondary KS3 -KS5 - Challenging behaviour, SEM, ADHD
  • Vulnerable young people, emotional and mental health
  • Vocational site KS3-KS4 & Vulnerable girls site - All ages
  • Outreach Worker

The school are looking for 6 experienced individuals with patience and a commitment to making a difference to the lives of vulnerable and disadvantaged young people.

The school's approach is nurture based with positive behaviour management and low pupil to staff ratios giving the opportunity to develop lasting relationships and make a real difference to the lives of the pupils. Class sizes are taught in small groups, in pairs or individually.

The school are looking for people with a background in youth work, education, care or young graduates who have specialised in psychology, special needs or social and emotional mental health to join their supportive team.

Due to the various needs of pupils the school will consider a range of SEN, youth work or behaviour based experience although someone who lacks qualifications but has an engaging personality will always been considered.

This school like to invest in their staff, they offer a number of CPD opportunities and take 90% of their staff through us onto permanent contracts (after a fixed term period) if this is something you are looking for.
