Are you experienced in working with pupils with SEMH Difficulties, Autism, ADHD and challenging behaviours? 

Are you confident in managing pupils who display difficult behaviours? 

Are you available full time and able to work in the Preston / Leyland area? 

If so, Teaching Personnel need you! 

We are recruiting for one of our partner schools in the Leyland, near Preston area who are seeking a Youth Worker to specifically work on a 1:1 and small group basis. The role will predominantly require you to work off site with pupils who are not engaging in education. The School is based on the outskirts of Leyland, Preston and they require a candidate on a full time basis - school hours are 8.30am - 4pm Monday - Friday. 

The School are hoping to appoint a long term, full time member of staff with the view to become permanent before the summer holidays. 

The candidate must be resilient, reliable, confident, hard working and empathetic towards the needs of the pupils. 

The successful candidate will benefit from: 

- Negotiable pay rates GBP60 - 70 per day 

- Long term position available 

- Rewarding position supporting pupils with SEMH Difficulties and challenging behaviours.
