Learning support assistant needed in Blackbird Leys

I am currently looking for a learning support assistant for an improving Primary school in the Blackbird Leys area. The school are unsure what year group the position will be in but are looking for a full time member of staff to join them in September.

The school are looking for a candidate who has good levels of experience working in Primary schools, and is passionate about child development. Previous experience supporting students with SEN or challenging situations within a school is preferred as the school has a higher percentage of students with SEMH, autism and MLD and will need someone who can really support children in the class with these additional needs. Candidates must also be adaptable and pro-active to fit into the schools ethos. Your main responsibility will be to maintain a good learning environment and to support the pupils on a group or one to one basis outside the classroom.
