Year 5 Teacher Leeds, LS4

  • A Primary School in LS4 are looking for a KS2 Year 5 Teacher to start in the summer-term
  • Teachers will receive excellent pay up to £180 per day as well as CPD opportunities at Leeds Trinity University
  • Teachers must have experience in KS2 and Newly qualified teachers are also invited to apply

A school we work closely with at Teaching Personnel are looking for a Year 5 teacher to start in the summer-term to fill a long-term position which may lead to a permeant contract. The Primary School is located in LS4, just a 5 minute drive from the Leeds City Centre.

Rated as ‘Good with Outstanding features’ by Ofsted, this school lies within the heart of LS4. This particular school are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated teacher who can help raise pupil attainment in all core subjects across the KS2 curriculum. The school are looking for a new teacher who has over recent experience in KS2 SATs and who is interested in running new initiatives to help pupils progress to their maximum potential. This may involve delivering Interventions such as; SATs Boosters, Literacy, Numeracy and Behaviour.

Teaching Personnel works closely with Leeds Trinity University which provides our candidates with the knowledge and skills they need to develop both personally and professionally as a teacher. Opportunities and key skills courses run all year round for candidates to name a few; Literacy and Mathematical Development across the Curriculum, Planning and questioning for progression, Early Reading and Phonics and Effective Behaviour management!
