The Role: As a Year 5 Teacher working with Teaching Personnel, you will play a vital role in inspiring and guiding students through their educational journey. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive classroom culture that promotes academic achievement and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver dynamic and differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of Year 5 students
- Assess student learning needs and adapt teaching strategies to support individual progress
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and collaboration
- Collaborate with colleagues and Teaching Personnel consultants to share best practices and resources
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on student progress and addressing any concerns promptly
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and substantial experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably with Year 5 students
- Strong understanding of the Year 5 curriculum and proven ability to deliver high-quality instruction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in education
- Dedication to ongoing professional development and a passion for continuous improvement
