Year 5 Class Teacher required- 'Good' Catholic Primary School

Full time supply contract

Expectation is the role will run for two terms

Ofsted graded 'Good' Catholic Primary School

A large Catholic Primary school are in need of a full time Year 5 teacher who can work full time for the Summer Term. The role will be to cover a gap in staffing and the Head Teacher has commented that the school is 'Good' by Ofsted and is one of the beacon schools in the local area for supporting other schools in local clusters.

The Head Teacher also commented that he has a fantastic KS2 team who work collectively with each other to provide a high quality Education for the children in the school.

Ideally the school are looking for a Teacher who has experience working in KS2 and preferably someone who can ensure the children are able to make appropriate attainment. The Head Teacher has stressed she would like the candidate to hold the following;

-QTS

-recent experience in KS2 preferably in UKS2

-work full time for the entirety of a two term period

-good behaviour management skills

-you have a core subject degree

You must be able to uphold the Catholic Ethos in school as the Head teacher is keen to work in line with the Christian faith. The school does fall under the Salford Diocese and so they are also regularly inspected by SIAMS.
