Inspiring Future Educators: Classroom Supervisor – KS3 & KS4
Location: Southampton, Hampshire
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Part-Time, Term-Time Only
Salary: £95–£130 per day

The Role
As a Classroom Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across KS3 and KS4. You will:
- Confidently supervise classes of students aged 11–16 during planned or unplanned teacher absences
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials, ensuring learning continues smoothly
- Promote positive behaviour aligned with school values
- Maintain a purposeful, engaging and supportive classroom environment
- Work as part of a team delivering a broad, ambitious curriculum praised by Ofsted for its clarity and progression
This part-time role offers an immediate start and the chance to contribute to a school community with consistently “Good” Ofsted ratings.
