The Role

As a Part‑Time Classroom Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining continuity in the classroom when teachers are absent. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering pre‑set lessons to students aged 11–16
  • Managing behaviour confidently and positively, following school guidelines
  • Ensuring students remain engaged and on task
  • Supporting learners with additional needs where required
  • Contributing to a calm, productive learning environment
