The Role
As a Part‑Time Classroom Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining continuity in the classroom when teachers are absent. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering pre‑set lessons to students aged 11–16
- Managing behaviour confidently and positively, following school guidelines
- Ensuring students remain engaged and on task
- Supporting learners with additional needs where required
- Contributing to a calm, productive learning environment
