Year 4 Teacher - Tameside
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an outstanding year 4 teacher in an average sized Roman Catholic Primary school, based in Tameside.
The role will be a full time teaching role in the Key Stage 2 department in a lovely year 4 class. It is to start immediately and will be ongoing with the high possibility of continuing for the rest of the academic year. As this is a Roman Catholic school, the school is looking for a teacher of Catholic faith or that holds the Certificate of Catholic Religious studies (although this is not essential).
Pupils at this school are provided with a memorable learning experience through a rich curriculum and excellent teaching across both key stages. They learn in a happy, secure learning environment and are encouraged to fulfil their potential. The pupils are very well behaved and enjoy coming to school. They make great progress and achieve good results. The school helps them to grow in their faith in a supportive Catholic environment.
The teachers in this Primary school are experienced, talented and dedicated, who work together to support the school's Catholic ethos and ensure that each pupil reaches his/her potential. The excellent standards reflect the children's positive attitudes to learning and good teaching. The teaching and high standards are particular strengths of this school.
The Tameside primary school has been graded 'outstanding' by OFSTED and has an excellent reputation. It is constantly working to raise attainment levels across both key stages, and therefor wants to recruit a year 4 teacher who has a real passion to help their students to excel in their learning.
The school has a very supportive system for all staff members and teachers are encouraged to flourish in their careers. Experienced teachers and NQTs are encouraged to apply for this role, which will start immediately.
Please apply if you:
- Have QTS
- Have experience working with Key Stage 2 students
- Have A real passion and desire for education
