Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher looking for your next exciting role? Teaching Personnel is currently working with a welcoming primary school in Sedgefield that is looking to appoint a Year 4 Teacher to join their team at the end of January.

Location: Sedgefield
Start Date: End of January
Position: Year 4 Primary Teacher – Full Time

About the Role:

• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons to Year 4 pupils

• Create a supportive, positive, and inclusive classroom environment

• Plan and teach creative lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 National Curriculum

• Track and assess pupil progress, offering tailored support where needed

• Work collaboratively with SLT, colleagues, and parents to support pupils’ academic and emotional development

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs and experienced teachers encouraged to apply

• Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum, particularly Year 4 content

• A passion for helping pupils thrive and achieve their full potential

• Excellent classroom management and communication skills

This is a full-time position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
