Year 4 Class Teacher
- Year 4 class teacher
- ‘Good’ Primary School in Bacup
- January 2020 start
- Competitive rates of GBP100- GBP160 per day
- NQTS and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply
Due to a sudden change in staffing, Teaching Personnel have been approached by a reputable Primary School in Bacup to recruit an excellent Year 4 Class Teacher. The role is begin upon the return to school in January and will initially run on a trial basis until January with the view for the right person to be made permanent. The desired candidate must have recent school experience within Key Stage 2 and will have preferably worked within a year 4 class at some point.
The successful candidate must:
- Plan and deliver engaging and innovative lessons of an excellent standard.
- Address gaps in learning due to school closures
- Consistently implement the school’s strong behavioural strategy
- Establish positive pupil/ parent relationships with ease
- Work well alongside a strong team of teachers and support staff of varying experience
- Provide excellent classroom reference from previous employers
The school itself is of a below average size, with good facilities and a positive reputation across the local community. is easily accessible via car and public transport. On their recent inspection, Ofsted praised the Senior Leadership Team for recent improvements across the school and noted the confidence placed in them by core members of staff. The wider team are friendly, welcoming and the majority vastly experienced. CPD is encouraged within school.
