Location: Swansea and Carmarthenshire
Salary: £172.98 per day
Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Secondary Teachers to work in a range of secondary schools across Swansea and Carmarthenshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for NQTs and experienced teachers who are confident delivering general cover across KS4 and KS5 and are comfortable managing a classroom environment.
We are working closely with several schools in the area who require reliable, adaptable teachers to provide high-quality cover across a variety of subjects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons and provide general classroom cover across KS4 and KS5
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment
- Follow school policies and lesson plans provided by the school
- Adapt quickly to different school settings and student needs
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT/ECT)
- EWC Registration (Education Workforce Council)
- Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce) on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
- Confidence delivering general cover across secondary year groups
- Strong classroom management skills and a proactive approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
