Primary Supply Teachers Required
Location: Reading
Contract: 0 Hour Contract
Salary: £150 – £180 per day

Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher looking for flexible work in education? We are currently seeking enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to work across a range of schools in Reading.

This role is ideal for teachers who are looking for flexibility, whether that means working a few days a week or securing a more consistent schedule. We currently partner with 50+ schools across the local area, offering opportunities across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.

  • Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.

  • Adapt quickly to different school settings, year groups, and subjects.

  • Follow school policies and procedures to maintain high standards of teaching.

  • Provide feedback to schools when required.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

  • A genuine passion for teaching and supporting pupils’ learning.

  • Flexibility and confidence working in different school environments.

  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.

  • Previous teaching experience is beneficial but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
