Job description

A welcoming primary school in Bolton is seeking a committed and enthusiastic teacher to join their team from January on a full-time basis, covering a Year 4 class until the end of the academic year. This opportunity is open to both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and Fully Qualified Teachers (FQTs) who are confident in delivering engaging lessons and maintaining a positive classroom environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering the full primary curriculum, assessing pupil progress, and contributing to the wider life of the school. You’ll be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues, attend staff meetings, and maintain strong communication with parents and carers. Hours are 8:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, in line with standard school operating times.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
