Year 4 teacher - Bury
A primary school in the Radcliffe, Bury (M26) area is currently looking for a fully qualified teacher to work in the schools Year 4 class. This will be a maternity leave, starting after the October half term and carry on until the end of the academic year.
The Head teacher is looking for an experienced Key Stage 2 teacher to come in and hit the ground running and maintain the high standards of the school. The school is located in a deprived area of Bury and so the successful candidate must have excellent behaviour management in the class room and experience with challenging behaviour is desirable.

The Bury primary school is well known within the local community and works closely with the parents so the children can reach their full potential. The school is larger than average sized and includes a specialist nurture unit which provides support for children in crisis and has been described as 'very effective in supporting the needs of vulnerable pupils'. The school has a strong senior leadership team that supports all pupils and all staff.

- Have a strong knowledge of the KS2 nation curriculum
- Enthusiastic and committed to high expectations of behaviour
- Passionate about providing exciting learning experiences for the children in a cross curricular context
