Teaching Personnel is pleased to be working alongside this primary school in the Clacton-on-sea area. This school have recently introduced to their KS1 pupils the Maths Mastery Programme that is closely related to the curriculum of Singapore which is consistently one of the highest ranked nations for mathematical performance. This new Maths Mastery Programme has improved their curriculum earning the school a 'Good' Ofsted rating in a recent inspection.
You will be an enthusiastic teacher who is willing to adapt to meet the needs of their pupils. The school manages to maintain a high level of attendance throughout all year groups and you will be expected to provide parents with up-to-date progress reports; average of 14 pupils per year group.
