Y2 Teaching Assistant - English and Maths Support (5 mornings)

We are currently working alongside a 'Good' primary school in the CH65 area who use Teaching Personnel exclusively for their staffing needs. This school holds an excellent reputation in the area and the children display exemplary behaviour.

The Headteacher of this school is looking for an inspirational Teaching Assistant to support their year 2 cohort in the mornings.

The successful candidate must be a good listener, have a calm manner, and be able to implement effective strategies to improve Maths and English. The ideal candidate will have worked with children either in small groups on a 1:1 basis previously. The working hours for this role are 8:30-12.30 This school is located off the main road however it is easily accessible using public transport links.

Essential: To be considered for this role, you must have a relevant Level 2 or above qualification.

This role is to begin ASAP and the Headteacher is hoping to appoint by Monday 14th January. If you are reading this advert after this date - please still apply as this school have pre-empted they may also require a 2nd teaching assistant for their Y1 Class.
