Year 1 teacher needed in Bury

Key Stage 1 - KS1 Teacher required for Catholic Primary School in Bury, M26.

Key Stage 1 Teacher in Catholic Primary School, Bury, M26

Year 1 or Year 2 Teacher with phonics experience.

Working at a well renowned, leading and aspirational Catholic school within Bury.

Key Stage 1 - KS1 Teacher required for Catholic Primary School in Bury, M26.

Due to an extended leave of absence, Teaching Personnel are working with a Primary School in Bury to look for a Year 1, Key Stage 1 teacher to join their infant department from November. The position of year 1 teacher will be starting in November with a view to continuing for the rest of the academic year.

- Salary (£22,023 – £37,496)

- Fixed, Long Term Contract

- Year 1 Teacher within a Key Stage 1 Department

- Start date in November

Teaching Personnel are working closely with is working hard towards being a good graded primary school. This flagship school within the Radcliffe area of Bury offer great facilities and a support network within their Key Stage 1 department. With a focus on phonics, speaking and listening, the school strives for a high standard of teaching and learning.

As a Year 1 teacher, experience of working with various phonics schemes, leading small groups and planning for several Teaching Assistants would be important. In addition, a passion for working with mixed ability, SEN and EAL children would serve you well. Being a practising Catholic is a preference but not essential. Holding the Catholic Certificate of Religious Studies would also be of benefit. If you are neither the school would at least expect the teacher to uphold the catholic ethos.
