WELSH SPEAKING BIOLOGY TEACHER REQUIRED URGENTLY!

We are urgently seeking a Welsh speaking Biology teacher to start immediately!

**This is a very exciting opportunity for the right practitioner as the school are offering a full time salary for a 36 hour teaching timetable.**

**The school are also offering a relocation package where they will pay for your accommodation. **

You will need to be a fluent Welsh speaker and able to deliver the subject through the medium of Welsh is the language used in the daily life of the school and in the majority of lessons. Sustaining a Welsh ethos within the school, the local community and beyond is a central part of the school's work.

The school is a community designated bilingual school for pupils and students aged 11-18 years, which is maintained by Ceredigion local authority. It is located in a new building (opened in January 2001) near Llanbadarn Fawr, Aberystwyth

Suitable candidates will have the following:

• Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) (we can help with this)
• The proven ability to deliver creative and stimulating lessons that motivate students.
• The ability to build a good rapport with pupils and staff.
• Be a fluent welsh speaker
• Two up-to-date referees that will be able to comment on your teaching ability.
• An enhanced DBS with registration through the update service. If not in receipt of a DBS (we can help you with this)
• Available immediately
• Have relevant experience / qualifications to teach Biology to A level standard
