Job Vacancy: Wellbeing Tutor
Location: Silverstone, South East
Contract: Permanent/Full Time
Salary: MPS/UPS (depending on experience) + Additional SEN allowance available

A specialist SEN school in Silverstone is looking for a dedicated Wellbeing Tutor to join their supportive team. With just 40 students aged 11-16, this Ofsted-rated 'Good' school is committed to fostering a nurturing environment that addresses the social, emotional, and mental health needs of its students.
About You:
- Qualifications: QTS required.
- Experience: Experience working with students with SEMH, ASC, ADHD, and other additional needs is beneficial.
- Skills: Ability to create and deliver tailored wellbeing programs that promote resilience and emotional growth.
- Knowledge: Understanding of alternative provision and the importance of mental health in education.
- Emotional Support: Passionate about making a positive impact on students' lives.
- Communication: Strong professional communication with students and staff.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
