We’re looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and committed individual to join our team as an Unqualified Teaching Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in education or gain hands-on experience in a vibrant and supportive school environment.

About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with class teachers to support pupils' learning and wellbeing. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in classroom activities and group work

  • Supporting children with varying abilities, including those with additional needs

  • Helping maintain a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment

  • Encouraging pupil development through play and learning opportunities

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need formal qualifications—what matters most is your:

  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm

  • Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills

  • Willingness to learn and grow on the job

  • Passion for working with children and helping them thrive

Experience working with children (in any setting) is beneficial, but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
