Join Our Team as a Teaching Assistant

As the new school year begins, we’re on the lookout for a passionate Teaching Assistant ready to support our students and help them grow. If you love working with children and want to make a difference, this is the perfect role for you!

Location: Bristol BS7
Position: Teaching Assistant
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full time
Salary: Competitive


What You’ll Do:

  • Support classroom teachers in delivering exciting and engaging lessons

  • Work closely with individual students and small groups to boost confidence and learning

  • Help create a welcoming, supportive, and safe environment for all pupils

  • Assist with preparation and organization of learning materials

  • Encourage participation and positive behavior

  • Monitor progress and celebrate achievements


Who We’re Looking For:

  • A friendly, patient, and enthusiastic team player

  • Passionate about helping children learn and thrive

  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude

  • Previous experience or relevant qualifications are a bonus, but not essential

  • Commitment to safeguarding and wellbeing of children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
