Teaching Assistant – Bristol (BS32)
Location: Bristol – BS32
Contract Type: Term Time Only
Salary: £90 – £105 per day (dependent on experience)

We are looking for a passionate, patient and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and forward-thinking school based in the BS32 area of Bristol. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with pupils, supporting both their academic progress and personal development.
Whether you're experienced or just starting out in education, we welcome applicants with the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:

Supporting pupils in the classroom, either 1:1 or in small groups.

Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.

Helping to create a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment.

Supporting children with additional needs (e.g. SEN, SEMH, EAL), where required.

Contributing to assessment and feedback under teacher guidance.
✅ Requirements:

A genuine interest in working with children or young people.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
-
Proactive, reliable, and able to use your initiative.
-
Experience working with children (paid or voluntary) is desirable but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
