Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting a confident and motivated Unqualified Teacher to work in secondary schools across RCT. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, cover supervisors, or individuals with experience working with young people who want to build classroom experience—without needing formal teaching qualifications.

About the Role

As an Unqualified Teacher, you will:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons to students in KS3 and KS4

• Take full responsibility for the classroom in the teacher’s absence

• Manage behaviour in line with school policies

• Keep students engaged and focused on their learning

• Act as a positive and professional role model

No lesson planning or marking required – allowing you to focus on building your confidence and classroom skills.
