Job Opportunity: Inspiring & Resilient Unqualified Secondary School Supply Teacher

Location: Chipping Campden and surrounding areas
Contract Type: Supply – Full-time / Part-time / Day-to-Day Available
Start Date: December 2025

We’re looking for an energetic, engaging, and resilient Secondary Supply Teacher to join our growing team and bring quality teaching to a range of local schools in and around Chipping Campden. Whether you’re an experienced educator or newly qualified, this is your chance to inspire students, build relationships, and enjoy the freedom of flexible teaching.


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong classroom presence – confident behaviour management and the ability to engage learners from the first bell.

  • Adaptability and resilience – you stay calm, positive, and proactive when faced with challenges or change.

  • Passion for teaching – you bring lessons to life and keep students motivated across KS3 and KS4.

  • Great communication skills – you build rapport quickly with both students and staff, making every placement a success.


Requirements

  • Experience teaching in UK secondary schools (across any subject).

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply).

  • Availability for short-notice bookings and a “can-do” attitude.
