  • A creative, engaging and nurturing teacher who is passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people
  • A teacher who will persevere and go the extra mile to build a strong foundation of rapport with the students and the family, so that a holistic approach to their education can be implemented, even if there is limited engagement
  • Someone who is confident to plan and deliver work at KS3 and KS4 ability levels, in cross-curricular subjects

Expectations of the role:

  • Tutoring 10 - 2 each day (2 hours per student on a 1:1 basis)
  • Persevering in creative ways and working closely with the Local authority and the students Mum to offer a holistic approach
  • Planning and delivering cross-curricular subjects with a focus on preparation for going to college in the future
