Job Title: Tutors needed in Woking

Location: Woking

Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Part-Time hours

Salary: £20 - £25 Per hour

Job Duties:

The primary responsibilities of the Tutor will include providing educational support to SEN pupils in English, Maths, and Science subjects. Additionally, the Tutor will offer handwriting support and maintain a patient approach throughout the teaching sessions.

Required Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification

Education:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field

Experience:

Previous experience working with SEN pupils preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of SEN teaching methods
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching techniques to suit individual learning needs

Preferred Qualifications:

Postgraduate qualification in Special Education Needs (SEN)

Working Conditions:

This role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis. The Tutor will be based in Reading, Berkshire, and will provide support to SEN pupils in a classroom setting.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
