Job description

Are you a dedicated Teaching Assistant with experience supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups? Want to work flexibly while making a meaningful difference?

TP Tutors is seeking Teaching Assistants in Spalding and surrounding areas to provide vital tuition support to learners who need extra help.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • Experience working with pupils in educational or tuition settings

  • SEN/SEMH knowledge a bonus

  • Enhanced DBS (or willing to apply)

  • Up-to-date safeguarding training

  • Driving licence an advantage but not required

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
