We are currently seeking committed and compassionate Teaching Assistants (TAs) in Spalding and the surrounding areas to provide essential support to students in a variety of educational settings. This is a flexible role that allows you to positively impact pupils' academic and personal development.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in an educational support role, ideally as a Teaching Assistant

  • Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to apply through us)

  • Up-to-date safeguarding training

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Flexibility to support a range of learning needs, including SEND and SEMH

  • A driving licence is beneficial but not essential

Ideal Candidates Will:

  • Provide personalised and empathetic support to learners

  • Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

  • Show commitment to student well-being and success

  • Supply recent references demonstrating experience and professionalism

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
