TP Tutors is looking for caring and committed Specialist SEN Tutors to provide one-to-one educational support across Rochester and the surrounding areas. Location: Rochester and nearby locations
Contract Type: Flexible part-time and full-time roles
Teaching Format: One-to-one tuition

Key Duties

• Deliver engaging and personalised tuition sessions
• Plan learning activities that align with individual educational needs
• Encourage learners to develop confidence, resilience, and independence
• Regularly assess progress and adapt support strategies as needed
• Create a positive and secure environment that promotes success

Ideal Candidates

• Experience supporting children and young people, especially those with SEN or additional needs
• Backgrounds in teaching, tutoring, mentoring, youth work, or educational support services
• Patient, supportive, and adaptable approach
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Understanding of safeguarding expectations and best practice
• Ability to travel within Rochester and surrounding areas

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
