Maths Tutor – North Yorkshire

Are you passionate about mathematics and motivated to help students thrive academically? We’re seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Tutor to join our team in North Yorkshire.
About the Role:
As a Maths Tutor, you will work with students of all ages and abilities to develop their understanding and confidence in maths. From Key Stage 2 through to GCSE, A-Level, or adult numeracy support, your guidance will help learners unlock their potential and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver clear, engaging, and personalised maths lessons

Support students with exam preparation, homework, and problem-solving

Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents

Create a positive, encouraging learning environment
Requirements:

Strong academic background in Mathematics or a related subject (Degree or equivalent)

Previous tutoring or teaching experience (preferred)
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

Passion for education and helping students succeed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
